The core area of my work is advising medium-sized groups of companies. This includes advisory services in the area of corporate structuring, in particular with regard to the choice of corporate form, taking into account commercial and income tax aspects as well as special issues relating to turnover tax and trade tax. My field of activity also includes tax advice in connection with asset-managing real estate companies, project development companies and real estate transactions. In addition, my area of expertise includes the preparation of complex income tax returns as well as assisting our clients with dividend planning.
