My work focuses on advising medium-sized groups of companies, particularly in the real estate sector. This includes the structuring and support of project development companies as well as the optimisation of real estate transactions with regard to turnover tax, real estate transfer tax and trade tax. Another core task is corporate tax law, in particular national and international turnover tax law. With my advice, I aim to find practical and viable solutions for my clients' individual requirements.
